St. Augustine's 120th Anniversary Concert

An engaging concert of music composed and first performed in 1898, the year St Augustine’s was built, accompanied by the original instrument used in the church – a Mason and Hamlin harmonium now completely restored. The programme by The St Augustine’s Singers, will include works by Elgar, Grainger, Debussy and Coleridge Taylor, conducted by Paul Jackson, with soloists Amanda Dean, Stephen Lawrence and Alice Woods, with Philip Mead on the harmonium and Colin Jackson (keyboard).
