Building and Running Schools in Africa

This is one of a monthly series of talks, organised by the Friends of St Giles’ Church on the second Saturdays of the month. The speaker is Richard Morris, who took up a post in Tanzania in 1996, to build and run a school. Fundraising in the UK and New Zealand enabled classrooms, science labs, a computer centre and three boarding houses to be built. Richard will talk on this and other projects, including the current plan to create a new school in Kenya. Entry is free. We welcome donations for our charitable funds (whatever you are able to contribute – suggested amount is £7.50 or more).
