You will find details of all the facilities and how to book below. The parish has policies on health & safety, safeguarding, equal opportunities and the environment that we ask all our users to observe where they apply.
All hirers should make a risk assessment to cover their event.
St. Augustine’s has four rooms and refurbished facilities available for hire. Full details of these and contact details for the Bookings manager are on St Augustine’s own website
St. Giles’ church offers one large flexible space. The main seating area serves as a large and beautiful auditorium for performances or rehearsals, while the west end offers a smaller space for rehearsals and meetings. It is also possible to hire the garden. Further details of the facilities and contact details can be viewed and downloaded below.
We keep our charges as affordable and community friendly as possible, but need to increase them from time to time to ensure that our own fixed costs are covered. The current fees can be found HERE.
St Luke’s Church and Community Centre has a range of spaces available for community use and private hire, and a fully equipped kitchen for catered events. All lettings include use of the car park, kitchen, disabled facilities and Wifi. Contact and further details can be viewed and downloaded below.
The Old School at St Luke’s
This newly refurbished building, set in St Luke’s Church grounds, has a large, light hall available for hire, called the Parham Room. It is equipped with kitchen facilities along one side (water boiler, fridge, crockery and sink) and special facilities for art exhibitions. It is ideal for meetings, talks, meals, exhibitions and other events. There is a fully accessible toilet.
The upper floor has two small office spaces to let.
